Senju Sprinkler Launches U.S. Manufacturing Operations

New Facility Near Chicago Strengthens Local Production and Supply Capabilities for the U.S. Market
Senju Sprinkler is pleased to announce the launch of U.S. manufacturing operations at a manufacturing facility operated by our group company, Senju America Inc., in Wheeling, Illinois, near Chicago.
Following successful completion of UL and ALS inspections and certification for its new U.S. manufacturing facility, Senju Sprinkler began U.S. production of the RC-RES model (Residential Flat Concealed Pendent Sprinklers) in May 2026, with distribution beginning in June 2026.
This milestone represents an important step in Senju Sprinkler’s long-term commitment to the U.S. market. By establishing local production, we are strengthening supply stability, improving lead times, and enhancing support for customers and distribution partners throughout the United States.
The new production line incorporates automated assembly equipment developed in Japan and is designed to deliver high-quality, consistent production through a streamlined manufacturing operation.
Previously, RC-RES model sprinklers were manufactured and exported exclusively from Japan. With local production now established in the U.S., Senju Sprinkler will be able to provide more responsive service and a more stable supply chain for customers and distribution partners.
